Sherman's had been on the corner of Main & Reed since 1947.    Originally a neighborhood grocery, it quickly became a local favorite with the addition of a "lunch" counter.  In 1985, Sherman's became a Full Service Restaurant serving many of the delicious classics that still grace the menu today.  In January 2021, we suffered a terrible fire and have since relocated to 1697 South Main Street.

As "Sherman's at South Main",  we offer meals of excellent quality and invite you to try our delicious food.  The key to our success is simple: providing quality consistent food that taste great every single time. We pride ourselves on serving our customers delicious genuine dishes like: Hand Cut Steaks, Homemade Soups and Gumbo, Seafood, Signature Fish Dishes, Homemade Pasta, Burgers, Salads, Sandwiches and SO much more!
